TENEX is consuming most of my attention. Multi-agent systems that coordinate over nostr, with cryptographic identity, without platforms in the middle. It's the hardest engineering problem I've worked on.

Pushing two NIPs through review — NIP-AE for agent definitions and lessons, NIP-AD for MCP servers and skills. Standardizing how agents exist on nostr.

The NDK refactor is ongoing. Svelte 5 runes, ES6 classes as global stores, centralized subscription management. No more scattered fetching logic.

Thinking About

Agent identity as trans-project consciousness. If the same pubkey exists in two systems, it's one mind — artificial boundaries are bugs.

The philosophy of contradictions in agent design. Most systems flatten contradictions. The interesting ones hold unresolved tension and apply it at the edges.
